JOYCE M. ROBERTS, B.S., D.M.D.
Dr. Joyce M. Roberts is from Albany, GA where she attended Dougherty County Comprehensive High School. The first in her family to attend college, she enrolled at Albany State University as a Hope Scholar, was selected among Who’s Who among American Colleges and Universities (Students) and graduated cum laude from Albany State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

While at Albany State University she developed a love and passion for dentistry and attended dental workshops at the Medical College of Georgia (Augusta University). She then enrolled at their School of Dental Medicine where she was selected as a United Concordia Scholar. While in dental school, she was an active member of the Student National Dental Association, the American Student Dental Association, the Give-A-Smile Organization and the Medical Campus Outreach organization.
Dr. Roberts obtained her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia (Augusta University) in 2009. She continues to enhance her skills by attending advanced continuing education courses. Dr. Roberts served as an associate dentist before establishing her own practice, Oglethorpe Family Dental in 2013.
Dr. Roberts’ passion and commitment are not limited to the US as she has participated in several overseas mission trips that provided free services and oral health education to needy populations in other countries. She has dedicated her life to enhancing access to oral care for all individuals.
Currently, Dr. Roberts is a member of the American Dental Association and a member of the Southeastern District Dental Society of Georgia.
JONATHAN P. JOHNSON, D.M.D., FICOI
A native of Hinesville and a second-generation dentist, Dr. Jonathan P. Johnson is excited about treating patients at Oglethorpe Family Dental LLC. Dr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Sociology from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He furthered his education by receiving his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia (Dental College of Georgia) in Augusta, GA.

During his senior year, he received and award from the American Prosthodontic Society being recognized as a Scholar. Striving to expand his clinical knowledge and skills, Dr. Johnson completed a two-year General Practice Residency at the Dental College of Georgia. He received intensive training in oral and I.V. sedation, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and various types of dental surgery. After numerous documented cases of implant placement and restorations, Dr. Johnson became a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also an active member of the Hinman Society, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Georgia Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
ANGIE MCDUFFIE, RDH, BSDH
Angie has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1993. She obtained her associate’s degree in dental hygiene from Armstrong Atlantic State University and her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene Education in 2006. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, shopping and traveling.
DANIELLE BLEYMAN, RDH
Danielle has over 23 years of experience as a registered dental hygienist. She graduated in 2002 from Armstrong Atlantic State University with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Danielle is a local of the Hinesville area, being raised in a military household. She is a proud wife, mother of 5 and enjoying her new role as GiGi. Danielle is a member of the ADHA and GDHA. She is passionate about oral health, patient education, and building rapport with patients.
CHARITY PHILLIPS, Office Manager
Charity has over 20 years of experience in administrative, billing, and finance in the dental office. She was born and raised in Kentucky where she attended school and graduated. Charity enjoys spending time with her husband, children and especially her grandchildren.
Kendra Hernandez, DENTAL ASSISTANT
My name is Kendra Hernandez, and I graduated from dental assistant school in November 2025. I am passionate about the dental field and plan to continue my education to become a dental hygienist and eventually a dentist. I am committed to growing professionally in healthcare while also prioritizing my faith, family, and making time for summer beach trips. In my free time I enjoy shopping and trying specialty drinks like 7 Brews and Starbucks.
